Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. A proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required to complete the return.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Custom or personalized jewelry pieces
- Gift cards or promotional items
- Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration by the customer
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for return. We will guide you through the return shipping process. Please note that return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges only for items that arrive defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please initiate it within 30 days of receiving your order.
